Monday Montage Blog Hop – Week 79

Hello friends! Welcome back to the Monday Montage Blog Hop! You may have gotten here from the amazing Bree Renwick’s blog, make sure you select the “next” button below and that will take you to the next stop on the hop, the wonderful Dani Dziama’s blog.  As always, we have some amazeballs inspiration to share today 🙂

It was a perfect fall day here in Colorado,  the leaves are turning and Facebook is full of everyone’s lovely pics of the leaves.  Here in my stamp room we are moving on to Christmas, I can hardly believe it!!! Honestly, the holidays are fast upon us and before we know it 2017 will be here!  This time of year seems to fly by at super speed!

Today I am sharing a beautiful holiday card featuring the Christmas Pines stamp set and the coordinating Pretty Pines die set.  I am obsessed with these delicate and lovely dies!

The base of the card starts with Whisper White embossed with the Softly Falling embossing folder.  The sentiment is gold embossed on vellum and die cut with a circle die.   The branches are cut in Wild Wasabi and Garden Green, the pinecones are die cut in Early Espresso and the sweet bow is die cut in Cherry Cobbler.  All the parts are layered onto the card front over gold thread and stapled down.  Final touches are rhinestones and gold metallic enamel shapes.
