Monday Montage Blog Hop – Week 221!!!

Hello friends! Welcome back to the Monday Montage Blog Hop! You won’t want to miss the amazing prettiness that I know you will find at all the stops along the way!

Have you seen the “Waterfall Canyon” stamp set? It is a beautiful set that coordinates with another outdoor set, “Mountain Air”. “Mountain Air” is one of my faves! Now you can also get coordinating dies for “Waterfall Canyon”! And what a set of dies! There are over 30 great dies that go with the stamp set. When I was creating my card, I thought I need clouds and birds! My silly self didn’t even look at all the dies in this set and went looking for those in other sets lol! I found clouds and birds in “Waves of Inspiration” and used them. Then I noticed clouds and birds right in the “Waterfall Canyon” set! I had to use a couple of those birds too, they’re just a little further away than the birds from “Waves of Inspiration”.

I also had some fun with watercoloring the parts of my card. I smushed ink pads on a glass surface, spritzed with water and then dragged my embossed images through the ink. It made such a pretty, organic color for the various parts of my card.
